Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the pest control and wildlife removal services provided by Bandit Pest & Wildlife (formerly M&C Trappers). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and provided without obligation. Written quotes reflect the conditions observed or described at the time; if an inspection reveals materially different conditions (for example, additional entry points, a larger infestation, or inaccessible areas), we will discuss any price changes with you before performing additional work.

Services

We provide pest control, wildlife removal, exclusion, dead animal removal and disinfecting services as described on this website. All wildlife work is performed humanely and in compliance with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations. Some services are subject to legal timing restrictions (for example, bat exclusions are prohibited April 16 – August 14).

Satisfaction guarantee

Our pest protection plans include a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if covered pests return between scheduled treatments, we will re-treat at no additional cost. The guarantee applies to covered pests and covered areas as described in your service plan.

Exclusion warranty

Full-home exclusion projects include a one-year workmanship warranty: if animals re-enter through a repair we performed, we will fix that repair at no charge. The warranty does not cover new entry points created by storm damage, construction, or structural deterioration, and it requires that recommended companion repairs were not declined.

Honored contracts and warranties

Where we agree to honor a contract or warranty issued by another company, we do so under the terms of that original document as reasonably interpreted by us following inspection. Honoring is subject to verification of the documentation and the condition of the original work.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the areas requiring service, to disclose known issues (such as prior infestations or structural problems), and to follow reasonable preparation and post-treatment instructions we provide. Failure to do so may affect results and guarantee coverage.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring plans are billed per the plan schedule. Returned payments and accounts past due more than 30 days may incur reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Recurring service plans may be canceled with notice before the next scheduled visit; completed visits are non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by wildlife or pests themselves, or indirect and consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Governing law
